Costumer description: Our customer is very open-minded. They have a feminine yet independent style. Our customer is always in for a new look and for them the brand is less important than the total look.

What do you do extra in difficult times like these?
When needed, we offer our customer an extra service by sending the clothes to a sewing shop. The same night we deliver the items they have bought (as long as it’s in Amsterdam). For foreign customers we use Global Blue (tax-free shopping).

How do you compose a collection?
When I buy the collections, I trust on my gut feeling with a tight budget in the back of my mind. First, I always go for the brands I’ve been working with for years because I strongly believe in their collections. When a collection is disappointing, I use this budget for new products or labels. In this way, I keep my store up-to-date and fashionable.
