Customer description: Our customer loves to be styled and informed by our team. Many of our costumers orientate themselves via our website; before they visit the store. A lot of our customers visit the store on a regular basis. We serve both man and woman, who are always looking for the right mix of brands and for them service is very important.

What do you do ‘extra’ in (difficult) times like these?
It is important that everything matches:

from your staff to your webshop, from your service to the marketing/communication and from the presentation in the shop to the way you use the social media. Everything has to match with the customers’ desires. Every day we are working very hard to fine-tune these important elements of the store.

How do you compose a collection?
We pay visits to a lot of fashion fairs, including Modefabriek. Next to that we get a lot of direct mail and store visits from suppliers and new brands. We think it’s very important to talk to colleagues in the retail section, and to stay up-to-date about new trends and developments via the internet.
