Customer description: We reach a broad target group with a specific style; classic and basic with a twist. Our customer lives consciously and rather invests in one great piece of clothing then in lots of them. Quality, fitting and refinement is very important for them.

What do you do ‘extra’ in (difficult) times like these? Customer experience is everything these days, make them feel welcome and more important; be honest. For long term, being honest towards your costumer is more important than trying to sell as many clothes as you can. Also it is important that you are visible online,  that is why we started a webshop. Customers already check the clothes in our webshop and then visit our store to fit and buy the products (and vice versa). Our webshop is an extension of our store and an extra service for our customer. Know your customer; keep them posted and always remember what they buy. This is the little extra attention you can give them.

How do you compose a collection? I visit (inter-)national fashion fairs and go to a lot of showrooms. For our shop it’s very important that we have a good selection of classics and timeless basics; perfect pants, beautiful tops and jackets. All easy to combine for every occasion. The price of these items might be a little higher but they can be worn a couple of seasons. Additional I always add a few eye-catchers to the collection each season. Because a lot of these items are sensitive for trends, they have an accessible price.
